We work with all budgets to effectively source your desired event venue.

Not sure what type of venue to hold your event at? No problem, we have a network of various venues and are constantly researching new venues from hotels, to event spaces, to convention centers, outdoor spaces with permitting, and more.
GROUP HOTEL BLOCKS

As certified travel agents, we have a large network of hotel options across the globe to contract on groups of 10+ rooms at discounted rates. Going this route will also elicit several concessions that our team is well versed in negotiating for our clients.

Obviously, hotels vary in price primarily based on their status, location, and demand. But with group blocks or courtesy blocks, we can negotiate the best pricing, concessions and attrition on your behalf, and tap into our certified travel agent sites for even better deals.

One thing most venues don’t tell you is that their in-house AV team is not mandatory to use and the majority of the time costs 3-5x more than bringing in your own team. At Alchemy, our AV team is prepared to beat any venue’s bid out there, and if we can’t, we’ll be straight up with you to let you know why and what areas of the in-house bid you could save on or eliminate.
